Our selection of untreated and non-GMO fennel seeds. The fronds, stalks and leaves of fennel are all edible. The anise-flavoured fronds are delicate and often used as a garnish. The stalks can be chopped or sliced, and added to soups or stir-fries. The seeds can be used to make a delicious tea which also acts as a digestive aid.
