Morning glory flowers are relatively easy to grow. The hardest part for people is usually starting them from seed, but as long as you soak the seeds for 24-48 hours before you sow them they should sprout. The other thing is that you will need to keep them moist; this will help soften the thick outer shell. Another option is to scratch and nick each seed, but I find soaking the seeds works best.
