Wild Chicory Seeds
Wild Chicory is a biennial herb with medicinal and culinary uses. The flower stalks grow from 2 to 5 feet tall and produce beautiful blue flowers. Tender young leaves can be eaten raw and added to salads. Older, bitter leaves are often cooked to reduce the bitterness.
How to Grow Wild Chicory
Chicory prefers full sun and well-draining soil with a pH of 5.5 or higher. Seeds can be started indoors 4-5 weeks before the last frost or directly sown outdoors after the last frost. Sow seeds 1/4″ deep, and 12″ apart.

I planted Wild Chicory Seeds the last year by hoping to have the blue flowers. Instead it was very large leaves, extremely large plant which is re-growing this year, but no flowers at all.
