Valerian Seeds

Valerian root is commonly used as a sleep aid as it has excellent sedative properties. It is used to treat the nervous system, relieve pain, migraines, and insomnia.

Valerian Root Uses

Valerian root relaxed the central nervous system. It is often used to help treat anxiety, depression, panic attacks, irritability, and stress relief. It’s also an effective digestive aid.

Valerian Tea

The dried roots of Valerian are used to make tea. To prepare the tea, add about a teaspoon of dried roots in a cup, add boiled water, and steep the tea for at least 10 minutes. The longer you steep the tea, the stronger the effect will be.
