Rhubarb Swiss Chard Seeds
Rhubarb Swiss chard is a tasty leafy green that also has ornamental value. The young leaves can be eaten fresh in salads. When it’s larger it is better steamed or stir-fried. At any time it makes a great addition in smoothies. The leaves mature in 55-60 days, but as with most greens the tender leaves can be harvested much earlier.
