Description

Clemson Spineless Okra Seeds

One of the most popular varieties of okra. The high-yielding plants grow up to 4′ tall. Pods are best picked when 2.5″ to 3″ long. Okra taste great in stir fries, soups and stews.

How to Grow Okra

Plant in full sun. Prefers rich, well-draining soil with a pH of 6.5 to 7. Before sowing, soak the seeds overnight in water; this helps to soften the outer shell. Okra seeds can be started indoors 3-4 weeks before last frost. For outdoors, directly sow seeds 3-4 weeks after the last frost. Plant seeds 1/2″ deep and 12″ apart. Matures in 60 day.
